Welcome to my experiment with blogging. This could last as long as this single entry! I hope that through this blog I can update all of you on what is going on in and through FAC in our communities and around the world.
This thing is liable to be part rambling (hopefully coherent), part educational, part advertising, and part news.
A little housekeeping is in order before we get started:
1) This blog in no way represents all the opinions, beliefs or direction of the amazing staff and leadership at FAC. Hopefully nothing transpires that would even necessitate such a comment, but I feel it's appropriate.
2) I am not going to allow posts by readers at this point because, well, there's a chance that certain posts will need to be handled with privacy and safety in mind. I certainly welcome comments, challenges, encouragement, and dialogue so you can email me at jim.entwistle@faconline.org.
3) I typically hate blogs because they feel so narcissistic to me. If I start sounding like that someone remind me. I hope that this blog is more about God and what He is doing through people and His church than about me.
